ATTORNEYS

TPL is currently hiring trial attorneys. Applicants must have 5+ years of criminal law experience as a prosecutor, defense attorney, or judge with extensive trial experience in Texas. Individuals uninterested or unable to operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment should not apply. 

STAFF

TPL is currently hiring all staff positions. As with all office environments, staff are the magicians that make the world go round. Staff is the bedrock of TPL. We are seeking positive-minded, talented individuals with exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills. Applicants must have a college degree. The ideal candidate will have no prior law office experience. 

INTERNS

TPL is currently hiring interns. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Applicants must have successfully completed 2 years of undergraduate course work, and should be interested in a serious, demanding, not-so-easy, exciting internship experience. 

LAW CLERKS

TPL is currently hiring law clerks that are spoiling for a fight with the Government. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited law school, and must have successfully completed their 1L year. Applicants must have top-of-class research and writing skills or top-of-class oral advocacy skills.
